Rub your hands together to create some heat. When you feel your hands getting warm, place your hands on your heart. Follow your inhale as you fill your heart with breathe. And exhale. Breathe another inhale and exhale in your own time. I invite you to find comfort in your body, in where you place hands... with you eyes open or closed as I share these words and sounds with you.
